Reservation Policy

2 day minimum for weekends • 3 day minimum for holidays

A 4.0 percent surcharge will be assessed on all Paypal and Credit Card payments transactions.
This surcharge for Paypal and Credit Card payments is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
Room rates based upon a maximum of 2 occupants.
There is a $25 charge for each additional occupant/night

Check-In & Checkout

Check-in is between 2:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m. Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Early/Late check-ins are not always possible but we always do our best to accommodate. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior.

Cancellation Policy:

You must notify us by phone or email 7 days before your reserved time of arrival with no cancelation fee. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will be charged for one night’s stay
